Our company handcrafts all products within 3 weeks. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Please note processing times are not the same as shipping times. Processing times reflect the time it takes to produce your product, whereas shipping times are an estimation of the time it will take for your package to arrive to your shipping address.
Personalization and Customization
A few of the Name Crosses products require further information provided by the customer in order to fulfill the order. At the time of purchase please include any and all relevant information so that the order will process without delay. If a client excludes the necessary information from the notes during checkout, Name Crosses will make one attempt to contact the client via email. If the client fails to respond within forty eight (48) hours, Name Crosses will issue a full refund and cancel the order.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a product page carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s created.
The pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 7 days to be created for you.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
- Handling with clean hands
- Store it safely where it cannot be bent or otherwise damaged
Your products can be damaged if:
- left out in the sun
- comes in contact with liquids
- folded or bent

Name Crosses ships through USPS.
Name Crosses ships during regular business hours defined by the USPS. At this time domestic and Canadian shipping is available. Standard, International and Free Shipping orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking may be provided as a complimentary service. Customers have the ability to purchase expedited shipping and insurance for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase an insurance upgrade, please contact me prior to purchase to discuss cost and availability.
Name Crosses does not control shipping times, and by purchasing a product from our store the customer acknowledges and agrees that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Further, Name Crosses is unable to control shipping factors such as weather, staffing errors, or delays. Should an error occur in shipping; it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local USPS and file a formal complaint and case. Name Crosses is available for questions should this unlikely event occur.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct shipping address at the time of order placement, and Name Crosses is released from any liability should the customer order with an incorrect address.
International customers are responsible for any custom fees and taxes appropriate to their country. Name Crosses abides by all domestic and international trade laws and our shipping costs reflect only our domestic costs. The customer remains responsible for shipping costs within their country.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.
We offer a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 7 days to be created.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds, exchanges and replacement of items are at the sole discretion of Name Crosses. Email customer service at email@example.com to discuss any problems.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Return, Refund, or Exchange Shipping
To return your product for a refund, exchange or replacement, you should mail your product to Name Crosses, 8700 Stonebrook Pkwy, Office 374, Frisco, TX 75034.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Should a customer wishes to change or cancel his or her order he or she may do so within twenty-four (24) hours after purchasing given the order has not already shipped. If the customer requests a cancelation after the twenty-four (24) hour period has passed a 10% administration fee may be withheld from the refund.
